Layerpads, 100% Recycled Multilayer Cardboard Separators
Layerpads made from 100% recycled multilayer cardboard are separator sheets manufactured using cardboard that has undergone a recycling process and consists of several layers of material. Cardboard Coils for Tubes
We produce 100% recycled multilayer cardboard for the manufacturing of tubes, cones for the textile industry, cylindrical containers, and corners.
This cardboard is designed for industrial production processes, thanks to its characteristics for use in tube winding machines.
The physical characteristics of rigidity and Scott Bond resistance are essential for proper compression during product fabrication. Available in weights ranging from 250gsm to 800gsm.
Colored Cardboard
We produce 100% recycled multilayer cardboard in various colors. These cardboards are mainly intended for the manufacturing of folders, cardboard accordions, hanging folders, covered folders, and other manipulations in the stationery and office supplies industry.
Among the different colors we can produce, the most commonly requested ones include: blue cardboard (folders), leather-like cardboard (folders), and classic kraft-colored cardboard. All available in weights ranging from 250gsm to 700gsm.
Packaging Cardboard
We develop 100% recycled multilayer cardboard ideal for the packaging industry. Available in a smooth and bulky finish, it is used in various applications such as box manufacturing, dividers and inserts, door cores, and pallets. Additionally, it is perfect for manufacturing laminated complexes with papers, polyethylenes, and polypropylenes, thanks to the smoothness and satin finish of its surfaces.
Furthermore, we can treat the cardboard to make it suitable for damp products, reducing liquid penetration through the edges of the cardboard. It also meets the strict requirements of the food industry. Available in weights ranging from 250gsm to 800gsm.
White Cardboard
We produce single-sided white cardboard in weights ranging from 250gsm to 750gsm and double-sided white cardboard in weights ranging from 400gsm to 750gsm, both 100% recycled and multilayer.
It is characterized by its smoothness and is especially suitable for die-cutting and creasing. Its main uses include the manufacturing of food packaging, industrial applications (such as skin-pack), box bottoms, and laminated complexes with polyethylenes, papers, etc. Moreover, it can be treated to make it suitable for damp products, reducing liquid penetration through the edges, and it complies with the strict requirements of the food industry.
