Each shipment of recovered paper and cardboard we receive is analyzed according to the quality standards of UNE-EN 643. These cardboard and paper are treated to get rid of impurities.
After this, the cardboard and the old paper are transformed into new cardboard, along a closed circuit. It is a continuous manufacturing process, in which we manufacture cardboard in reels.

The coils are stored according to their characteristics for handling and cutting. As control and monitoring, each coil has a label indicating its quality, weight, etc.
When the product is finished, it is taken to the warehouse for later shipment to the customer. For us, logistics is critical, which is why we are committed to serving the right product to each customer at the right time and in the desired conditions.

When it cannot be stored under normal conditions of temperature and relative humidity, it is recommended for the product be taken to the production area for a recommended period of 24 hours. before its use.

In some cases, it may occur that the conditions in the production area are extremely humid or dry. If the conditions are extreme in both areas, the product should be used as soon as possible, and kept with retractable plastic until use.

The cardboard must be conditioned in optimal climatic conditions, to achieve an optimal result.

It is very important to allow the merchandise to acclimate to the environment of the production hall.

The effect of relative humidity and temperature can change the properties of the cardboard. It is proven that the cardboard absorbs more water under the circulation of air, than in calm air. It is also known that cardboard is very sensitive to atmospheric conditions. The fibers it is made of, absorb water, swell and weaken when there is moisture, and release water and harden in dry environments.
